Well, I was wrong...
Last night when giving the new kitten some lovin' she opened her mouth to respond (yes, I talk to all of my animals. i always have) and I noticed that one of her baby teeth was completely bent sideways!
OH MY GOD!
I totally panicked.
I called my mom. I then proceeded to call not 1, not 2, but 3...24 hr pet clinics to see if I should take her in.
They assured me that it was perfectly normal for kittens to lose their teeth and that it would either fall out or she would swallow it and well, you know...

That's okay! The first time Megan (my daughter) got a cough I went straight to the emergency room. I was upset when they were letting people with partial amputations in before me. Couldn't they see that my little 3mo old baby had a tickle in her throat? Oh, and Megan's first tooth that she lost is on video!!
Nice! I would like to think that I am going to be as calm as a cucumber as a mother, but I have a feeling will turn out differently.
